The dealership is very professional - sales personnel were dressed in suits or shirts and ties, interior were clean and comfortable, and cars were sorted on the lot by model and color. Our sales associate, Drew Lara was very attentive in providing information, reviewing inventory that met our interests and provided solutions to both buying and leasing. It was a reasonable negotiation process which resulted in a sale on our first visit. Having been to a number of dealerships in the Phoenix metro area, it was the best experience at a Buick dealership in the area. More
