This last purchase was a non-General Motors SUV and there was somewhat of a misunderstanding as to how the Toyota Highlander was equipped and resolved most satisfactorily after the sale. I know margins are "tight" in the automotive industry today (economy. Yet, this "bump in the road" was smoothed out as far as handling it to my wife and I satisfaction. I discovered through a neighbor that Bruce had joined Liberty Buick as Service Manager, so I visited Bruce and he assured me that Liberty could service my Cadillac for both maintenance and any warranty work, hence I am now coming to Liberty. Jim Frith is my service consultant and i am very please with Jim. This was the first maintenance and warranty service other than a previous oil change.
