We purchased our Buick Enclave from Ken Muecke in December of 2009. He is very easy to work with and still calls us to see how we and and our car are doing. I discovered through a neighbor that Bruce had joined Liberty Buick as Service Manager, so I visited Bruce and he assured me that Liberty could service my Cadillac for both maintenance and any warranty work, hence I am now coming to Liberty. Jim Frith is my service consultant and i am very please with Jim. This was the first maintenance and warranty service other than a previous oil change. I brought my Buick Lucerne to Liberty Service Department because the condition of the battery, It was the original battery and I suspected a weakness. The battery which was still in warranty was defective. A new battery was installed at no cost to me. What a pleasant surprise. I could not have been treated better.
