Julius Lowe our sales person provided us with outstanding customer service from the time we walked in the door and all through the sales process. Believe me he had the patience of a saint as I knew I wanted an Encore, but couldn't decide which one (color). I would give Julius a 5 star recommendation to anyone who asked and already have to my co-workers who are loving my new BE (Buick Encore). Horrible Experience Saw a used vehicle that was a new listing on the Internet for $15,000. Drove over immediately and checked it out and was interested in purchasing. Tha Saw a used vehicle that was a new listing on the Internet for $15,000. Drove over immediately and checked it out and was interested in purchasing. That's when the games began. Even though it was listed for $15,000, they wrote up purchase for $16,500 base price plus $863 for "shop fees" making the vehicle $17,363, even before taxes, licensing, etc. I told them it is totally misleading to advertise it on the Internet for $15,000 and then make it over $2,000 more when you go to purchase. They claimed the vehicle price listed on the Internet was before it had been inspected by the shop. That makes no sense. Why would they list it along with a price before it had been checked out?! Even then, they claimed the shop fees were $863, so where did they come up with the base price of $16,500. I had an overall feeling of dishonesty and deception when dealing with them. I walked away without the vehicle and would never go back to this dealership again. More
