From our enthusiastic greeting from reception, to Charles Macdonald who was a pleasure to work with as our sales consultant, to Tim Johnson and J.J. Jaramillo who worked wonders in the finance department, to Jason Rosen who facilitated the whole thing and got to give us the good news, we were nothing but delighted with the whole experience. Our finances proved to be a challenge, but they went above and beyond to help us get into a new vehicle. This was an unexpected purchase, after an accident left our previous (and beloved!) vehicle rendered a total loss. Everyone knows how stressful these situations can be, dealing with insurance and rental cars and the like. We are so incredibly grateful for such a smooth and stress free ending to what was otherwise a really crummy situation. Liberty Buick helped us get into a new vehicle so quickly and efficiently. We had a little miscommunication on my first trip there 2 days prior but they worked very hard to make the deal work...and it worked. Lots of time went into our deal, but overall it was definitely worth it. On our second trip there, they took such good care of us, I was really blown away. I have never had a dealership treat me or my family so well...and I trade my vehicles every 12-18 months so I see a lot of dealerships! I would highly recommend visiting them. If you do, make sure you get in touch with either Josh or Justin. They filled the tank on my wife's car, the vette, gave us a 25 dollar Visa card....and to top it off....paid for our dinner! They also ordered me the second key and mailed it to me! Do they care about doing what's right and taking care of the customer? Visit them and see for yourself...but I say they do. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. More

Liberty Buick is the Best I have owned several Buick Automobiles. Upon moving to Phoenix in 1966 I had my 1962 Invicta serviced regularly at the dealership near West 43rd and I have owned several Buick Automobiles. Upon moving to Phoenix in 1966 I had my 1962 Invicta serviced regularly at the dealership near West 43rd and Peoria Avenues. My purchase of a new 1995 Park Avenue from Liberty resulted in many more years of reliable service. I now drive a Liberty Buick 2011 Regal and even though I have moved to the far East Scottsdale area, I return regularly to Liberty Buick for all my service needs.
