Does not honor online advertised price EVEN if you go with dealer financing. They went back and forth on price and each time the rate changed based on price. Lower price = higher rate. My sister (from out of town) and I were headed to my Granddaughters’ wedding when my car broke down. I thought for sure I was going to miss the most important day of her life. I called Liberty Buick a Granddaughters’ wedding when my car broke down. I thought for sure I was going to miss the most important day of her life. I called Liberty Buick and not only did they send a tow truck, but they brought us a “loaner” to drive so we could attend the wedding, I was shocked and in disbelief when they brought us a new “Encore”. We were able to attend the wedding with a few moments to spare and I was so grateful to Liberty. They allowed us to drive the loaner even after the wedding until my car was serviced. I can’t praise them enough for their customer service. After my car was fixed, they sent someone to drop it off at my house. I didn’t have to do anything; it was so effortless. Thank-You to all the service people including Colette and Justin Sgro for staying on top of this. You are truly a blessing. More

Joe was a very attentive salesman, he communicated what he is trying to do very well and had open communication with his managers to work out the best they are willing to do. This is by far the worse dealership and abuse of the elderly that I have experienced. My 79 year old mother received a letter from her car insurance stating that they were salvaging her car and she wou elderly that I have experienced. My 79 year old mother received a letter from her car insurance stating that they were salvaging her car and she would receive around 20k. She brought this letter to the dealership the day she received it and they allowed her to purchase a used Buick with the 20k down, which she did not even have yet. She wrote them a post dated check on the grounds of "just let us know when to cash it" and off they sent her with this SUV. I've never heard of such a thing from a dealer. Just taking someone's word about money they don't have. She then realizes she is not getting the money from the car insurance and goes back the next day. They renegotiated her deal to be 5k down (which she still doesn't even have) and 500 a month for 6 years!!! Did they even bother running any credit reports from my mother?? This should never have been accepted. They actually told her they would get her payments down to about $200 a month but they would figure that out later. Now my poor mother owes 5k which she doesn't even have and the finance guy from the dealership continues to call and threaten to take any savings she has as well as her 1 bedroom condo if she doesn't pay the 5k! Who does this crap??? Yeah, they got her to sign the paperwork but she was clearly confused as well as lied to about "we will get your payments down to $200). All my mother wanted to do was return this used car yet they refused unless she gave them the 5k. And like I said.......they continued to call and threaten her that they would only allow her to return it if she gave them the 5k and if she didn't they threatened her with lawsuits and taking her home away. Talk about abuse of the elderly. Plus I tried to call the GM of the dealership to discuss the issue and was told he would be back in a couple days. I the meantime the finance guy calls me and threatens me the same way he threatened my mother......and says the GM won't be back for 3 weeks. Give me a break......really sounds like some shady crap is going on over here. I would recommend people stay clear and far from this dealer......or at least don't let your elderly parents go here. I really wish I knew about my mom going here but she didn't let me know till a couple days after. They should be ashamed of themselves. More
