Does not honor online advertised price EVEN if you go with dealer financing. They went back and forth on price and each time the rate changed based on price. Lower price = higher rate. I called Liberty Buick and not only did they send a tow truck, but they brought us a “loaner” to drive so we could attend the wedding, I was shocked and in disbelief when they brought us a new “Encore”. We were able to attend the wedding with a few moments to spare and I was so grateful to Liberty. They allowed us to drive the loaner even after the wedding until my car was serviced. I can’t praise them enough for their customer service. After my car was fixed, they sent someone to drop it off at my house. I didn’t have to do anything; it was so effortless.
