I came in for a tire repair , I had already taken it a tire shop and they had shown me it leaking around the valve stem that with soapy water causing it to bubble. The tire shop said with it having tire sensor that they could not repair the problem, so I took it to Liberty GMC where I bought the truck . I arrived at the dealership first thing said “Do you have an appointment because we are busy” I responded with “No” because every time I made an appointment it was always 2 to 3 weeks out. Well after taking my 2022 Denahli 3500 Justin called my cell even though I could see him ( I was outside service smoking a cigarette) Said it would be 2 hours because they did not have the sensor, I said fix it because I was already stuck without a ride that I would wait. Well after 4.5 hours my truck was fixed and I was billed $265.19 . After leaving I was called and was told Justin got warranty to pay for sensor but I had to pay $100 for the tire puncture that I was never made aware of ! I agreed to pay $100 because at least it was fixed. 2 days later that the truck did not move guess what SAME TIRE IS LOW AGAIN , LOST 25 psi in 2 DAYS. I believe in servicing where I buy my vehicle , I have bought 3 trucks from LIBERTY and the sales department has been great, but the service after continuously gets worse . I have had issues in the past of how they treated my wife with warranty issues with this truck that she refuses to take it for me, the truck has been wrecked under Liberty’s care . I never had an issue with Liberty with my other 2 trucks but since 2022 the service at Liberty has gotten to the point I will spend the extra money and buy elsewhere for better service after the sale. More

Even though this was a long distance transaction they were able to make it happen with only a minimal amount of troubles to us the customer. The service waiting room absolutely sucks. It's the worst of any other dealership where I have spent less money on a vehicle (i.e. Audi and Volvo). There are not enough outlets for working professionals, the coffee is terrible including the sugar and creamer options. It's very 80s offering and setup. There needs to be an overhaul. This is why I will not buy again because of my service experience More
