The service department here is simply as good as it gets. Never a problem, always done correctly. The service is outstanding, but the attention by the sales people is equal. Never a problem, always done correctly. The service is outstanding, but the attention by the sales people is equal. More
I purchased my new Nissan Altima in 2008 from Gary and the buying experience as well as the subsequent service visits could not have been any better. I chose to buy my vehicle from Gary, because both of m the buying experience as well as the subsequent service visits could not have been any better. I chose to buy my vehicle from Gary, because both of my parents got theirs from Gary and after I bought mine, my brother also bought a car from him. We are a Nissan family, I swear, we should be in a Liberty Auto Plaza commercial... Each time I stopped in the dealership for any kind of service, they wash my car (which other dealerships don't do) and when I ask nicely, they even vacuum inside. communication prior to and after an appointment is stellar. They send email reminders before and satisfaction surveys after. I must say, their service department is certainly going above and beyond to make their customers feel comfortable and I never feel like they are suggesting a repair that is not needed. Nothing but compliments. More
I had a great experience with Liberty Auto Plaza. We were able to negotiate a price we were very satisfied with, and got a great price for our trade in. They made it easy. able to negotiate a price we were very satisfied with, and got a great price for our trade in. They made it easy. More
My wife and I bought a used 2010 Nissan Rogue. She was 40 weeks pregant at the time, so we didn't spend a lot of time inspecting every nook and cranny of the car. When we arrived home, we found an empty 40 weeks pregant at the time, so we didn't spend a lot of time inspecting every nook and cranny of the car. When we arrived home, we found an empty Moutain Dew bottle, receipts for Dunkin Donuts, and other random scraps of paper. The floor boards were also not clean. I called and left a voicemail with the sales manager and never received a call back. After 3 days, I reached the GM of the dealership and after explaining what happened above, he set up an appointment for the Rogue to be detailed at no charge and provided a loaner car. Overall, I would recommend this dealership due to its customer service. I previously purchased an Altima from the same dealership in 2009. More
I was referred to Liberty by my Credit Union and was able to work out a very fair deal with Brad over the phone and through a few emails. It was easy process and Brad was great to work with. We drove away from the dealership with the exact car we wanted at the price we agreed to. It was very refreshing and we had a great buying experience. More
I went here for a standard 3000 mile maintenance for my Nissan 350z. I had a single instruction for them. "Don't touch my wipers". I use Rainex Latitudes, and was in fact going to purchase a rear wi Nissan 350z. I had a single instruction for them. "Don't touch my wipers". I use Rainex Latitudes, and was in fact going to purchase a rear wiper at Target while I waited (my wife had her car there for this purpose). I got back and guess what? They replaced my rear wiper with a crap dealer wiper and charged me for it. I took the wiper off and threw it away and put on my Rainex Latitude. How could this be a mistake? It said clearly on the invoice what my instructions were. I verbally told the person taking receipt of my car my instructions. When I brought this up with the cashier, she was rude beyond belief. The maintenance staff had already went home for the day. After I complained, the maintenance supervisor called and snarled a message demanding I call him on my voice mail. It's not about the cost, I couldn't care less about a $15 wiper. It's about the way they choose to do business. I will never be back, and they can keep their $15. And it's a xxxx of a way to do business in a recession. The dealerships do nothing but whine, and yet this is how they treat people. To further enforce that I am but a number to them, they sent me a mass emailing asking me to come to this site and report a positive experience about them. Is solitication of this kind even allowed by DealerRater? So congratulations, here it is. Completely clueless.... More
I purchased a vehicle from liberty auto plaza in 2008. At that time, the economy wasn't in good shape but I bought a Nissan frontier anyways. Looking back I wouldn't have changed a thing. I love my truck. Th that time, the economy wasn't in good shape but I bought a Nissan frontier anyways. Looking back I wouldn't have changed a thing. I love my truck. The purchase process was fast and efficient. I got a better deal on my truck than I would have ever figured I could get. The salesman and financial manager were easy to work with and very friendly. I'm a Nissan fan for life and will mostly likely only purchase from liberty auto plaza in the future. More
We had an emergency breakdown away from home; Liberty took care of it where our dealer couldn't/wouldn't/didn't - replaced the engine- no charge since VW picked up the tab. We had struggled along with a sludge problem for years. VW finally took responsibility since this was a common problem for the '01 Passat (and other years I understand). Our local dealer was protecting VW, I guess; Liberty did us better. More
I have never been so emotionally attached to a service center in all my life. When I call to schedule a service, all I have to do is mention my first name, and Bill/Mike recall the car specifics. (It took center in all my life. When I call to schedule a service, all I have to do is mention my first name, and Bill/Mike recall the car specifics. (It took me much longer to distinguish the difference between their voices.) As busy as the center always is, it is a rare occasion when my call is not personally answered by those two guys behind the counter. Once there, all business is prompt, clean and crisp, with every courtesy thought out, offered, and delivered with such sincerity you would think everyone actually believes the whole "happy customer" philosophy. They are eager to specifically explain what is happening in your car (I even saw them bring out a car part when they were talking with another customer), and are very respectful when providing options. I get the shuttle service frequently (for my work in Lincolnshire), but on days I work remotely, I like to hang out in the waiting area. It's nearby the receiving desk, so you get to feel a part of the hustle and bustle (unless you want to pay attention to the TV or play room (read: quiet work phone area). You realize that they don't just interact with you good-naturedly as a front, but conduct all their business with associates the same way. I once dropped my car off for a service; I had broken some obscure part of it, and they promptly offered me a shiny Toureg "rental" (except I didn't actually have to pay for it) since they had to keep it overnight. They didn't even mind when I preferred to keep it over the weekend rather than rush back on the Friday. Did I mention the shuttle guys are great? They're guys off the shop floor that will talk about their day (if you are as talkative as I apparently am) and respect your quiet on your more reflective days. They also demonstrate a healthy dose of the same good-natured consideration. Absolutely favorite service center ever. I moved south to Villa Park over a year ago, am slowly learning the local service centers, and I only snuck north once (or twice) to squeeze in one last service(s). After four and a half years of blissful service, it's a tough act to follow. Amazing service. Amazing. More
