I have to say something about this review. I used to work with Norman, Rodney, and Lem. I've been mulling over what I wanted to say for some time. I am truly apologetic to this customer. Having worked with Norman, I was surprised about this review. As he had a very strong customer base, with many referrals. Unfortunately this was one of the situations where you can't make everyone happy. And look, because of this one transaction, the dealership was affected. Having received poor marks, even though this customer still recommended us, and praised my other previous co-workers! I only hope that people will actually read the review, not just look at the score, even this post is nearly 5 years old, plenty of people still look back at the history of the dealership. I want people to know that we try our best to help everyone. And if future customers have a communication issue with a salesperson, please let management know, we will assign someone else to assist you. It would be a shame if dissatisfaction came about, due to lack, or improper communication. Thank you for your understanding.
