Even though it was a certified Vehicle, I still like to make sure that all Certified Pre-Owned customers know our features, because it's only the right thing to do. I love the fact that you pointed out my sliding door demo. I will always demonstrate our anti jam protection with my head, because I know, without a doubt, that my product is the best and the safest! As I am, have always been appreciative of Mr & Mrs Nieves for purchasing a vehicle from me, as well as praising me so. It is extremely unfortunate, and there is absolutely no excuse, that Mr Nieves was so dissatisfied, after being a previous buyer from us. No mater what the situation was, I strongly feel we dropped the ball on this. And, it is unfortunate that we can't help and make happy everyone all the time. However I strongly feel that with proper and concise communication, much of one's dissatisfaction could have been prevented. This situation has been discussed in great detail, and we are working on a way to improve our system.
