Royce was an absolute gem. He went through all the different car options with us, discussed the specials, took us for a test drive, and completed all the paperwork with us. That being said, I am writing this email to tell you of a very positive experience I had this morning, Friday, November 05, 2010, with your service department. When starting my 2010 Venza this morning I noticed that the Check Engine , AWD & Traction warning indicators did not go out on the instrument panel. I thought about the situation and remembered that I had gotten gas the previous day. I immediately went to check the gas cap and found it was not secure. After turning the gas cap, I restarted the car but the same situation occurred. I know that if the gas is not on properly that the check engine may go on but probably would eventually go off. I was however concerned about the AWD and Traction warning indicators. I immediately went to Rockland Toyota arriving at about 8:05am. I was then approached by Anthony Wrenn of your service department. When I explained the situation Anthony told me that sometimes these indicators all go on when the gas cap if not secured properly. I told Anthony that I had to get to work and he said not to worry since resetting of the code(s) could be done in twenty (20) minutes. I was a little suspicious about the timing since people tend to stretch on this type of thing. I want you to know that work was done as promised—twenty (20) minutes and Anthony was extremely customer oriented. It is nice to know that Rockland Toyota has an employee such as Anthony Wrenn. My boyfriend and I were first time care buyers in search of a small commuter car. We had some information on the Yaris and were interested in purchasing it. The process took about three day because we needed to get all of our paperwork in check, but Reggie went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied (ie- coming in on a day he wasn't scheduled and staying after the dealership was closed). We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend Reggie to anyone looking for a new Toyota. Thanks! More

This was my first time ever walking into a dealership, or even considering getting a new car, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Before even making my decision, I had emailed several dealers asking for i even considering getting a new car, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Before even making my decision, I had emailed several dealers asking for information, and Royce was the only one who took the time to email me all the information I requested-and more. I decided to go into the dealership just to look at the car, and after talking with Royce, I knew I was going to take out a Scion. He was professional, knowledgeable, and just so nice!! I never felt pressured, and he just lead the way for me to take out the Scion I really really loved. I wanted it the next day.. and without any problems.. he made it happen. It was a quick and easy process, and I dont think the experience could have been any better... it was perfect. Thanks Royce.. and I'm luvin my Sizzling Crimson tC :) More

ALL of the staff at toyota are very professional and REALLY do help with sales, service, and financing...I had bad credit and with the scion sales representative, R. Ramos advice and expertise, I was able to build up my credit score and purchase a 2006 Scion and a 2010 toyota. Everytime I would call about fixing my credit rating, Mr. Ramos was always available, and he was busy at the moment with other customers, he would return my call within the hour. Secondly, the service personal, namely Dennis, kept me well-informed of my cars when they would need service in the near future. The cost of services were very reasonable. I never felt, or had to spend, large amounts of monies to have either car serviced. In addition, I never had to spend monies for services that my cars didn't need. Third, the Parts personal and the Cafeteria-style personal were also professional and courteous. Lastly, I would like to say that the times I have visited blauvelt toyota, I have never witnessed, nor experienced, any discrimination or felt as if I wasn't a valued customer....
