I also had dealings with tara, royce, and bimi. all did terrific jobs. i had to come back for some help with the bluetooth and satelitte radio and was given help as well as time to explain and show me again. was impressed that even though it was a week or so later, when we walked in fransisco remembered our names. i would without a doubt send people to your dealership and would make toyota our next car when needed. job well done guys More

When we first arrived our Scion sales person wasn't in yet. A very charming young woman showed us the Scion and demonstrated some of it's unique features, That dealership has a cafe and we were given lunc yet. Their bathrooms, as well as being immaculate were beautiful. Nelson arrived and we went for a test drive he was very knowledgable about the car. We explained that we had a relative who owns a car dealership wanted us to buy a car from him and we owed him a test drive, We kept our appointment, the car we wanted to test drive wasn't in and neither was he. We returned to Toyota and purchased the Scion and then we met Bini the finance manager, a very warm caring woman. She gave us some very good package deals in terms of maintenance. When we returned to pick up our car we met Royce who does the technology care of the Scions, he taught us how are navigation system, back up camera, and satellite radio worked and was very patient with us. We also and this is entirely incidental, had wonderful discussions on how to prepare Indian food and Philipino cuisine. We will always use this dealership. More
