I dealt with 2 other dealers before going to Rockland Toyota and Scion. I checked their inventory online and noticed they had the 4runner i wanted with the options i wanted which was no where to be found Toyota and Scion. I had called and spoke to Jason who told me that the vehicle was in stock and had just came in a few days ago and asked me to stop by and check it out. Albeit, i thought that this was going to be another bad experience where i would get the run around knowing that they were the only ones who had this truck within a 150 mile radius. Jason directed me to Royce Ramos who showed me the 4Runner and explained all the features of the vehicle inside and out and went beyond this and actually took me on a decent test drive. What i liked most about Royce was his attitude, he was not pushy at all and provided great customer service, which for me was the deciding factor that i wanted to give this dealership my business now, and in the future. By the time i had come out from finance, Royce was halfway complete with transferring my belongings into my new car. He had even stayed late to show me a few features after the dealership had closed which to me is really going above and beyond. I really had a great overall experience and will most definitely purchase a new car from Royce at Rockland Toyota as he is ultimately a good person who is not into taking advantage of people. More

I'll try to make this short. I went to this Dealership in order to purchase a Honda Civic. My wife and I met this sales rep by the name of Dominik (I hope he doesn't work there anymore). Let me tell you something, the guy is seriously cocky for a sales guy in a cheap suit. There was another guy there as well, short and cocky as well, I wish I knew his name. Anyway, my wife and I went there to try finding something decent. While we were test driving we nicely asked him if we could have our mechanic check the car out. He started disrespecting my wife saying 'C'mon guys you wanna by the damn thing or not'! When we came out of the car we sat down and he started saying 'this is a multimillion dollar company', we do everything right here. Really!!!!!!!!! I don't NEED YOU TO TELL ME THE COMPANY YOU WORK FOR IS A MULTIMILLION DOLLAR COMPANY. I immediately took my money straight to their competitors and I also told the manager what happened and he even had to apologize. Note to Toyota on route 303. HIRE BETTER SALES PEOPLE WHO DON'T DISRESPECT YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS...YOU JUST LOST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BECAUSE OF THIS GUTLESS FOOL. More
I have been checking out Prius's for the past 6 months or so. Rockland Toyota had the best price by far (at least 1,000.00 less) of the local dealerships. (Prior to and at the time of sale)He was knowledgeable about the product, professional and friendly. I would recommend anyone looking for a Toyota check out Rockland Toyota and ask for Royce. More

We decided to go to this dealership to check out the different types of jeeps and prices. As soon as we walked in the door we were nicely approached by Alberto Guzman. He was very friendly and we felt welcomed. He explained to us very well about financing and leasing. It was helpful for us in making the right decision for our family, economically. He was very professional and knew what he was talking about. My mother is a tough person to convince when it comes to buying things, but Alberto did a great job in convincing her. We all left happy with our new jeep. It was delightful to see how happy my father was when he was driving his brand new jeep! We were extremely happy with Alberto’s assistance! More
I went to buy a Car to this dealership. The sales person actually was not professional in his conversation. He tried to sell me a car in MSRP. I asked him to show me dealer invoice( anyone can get a approxi actually was not professional in his conversation. He tried to sell me a car in MSRP. I asked him to show me dealer invoice( anyone can get a approximate dealer invoice on internet for a specific zip code). This price may not be 100% accurate but an average. He refused to give me a dealer invoice price. Then I asked him to give me better price so I can make a counter offer. He told me "We sell car at MSRP but you give an offer you like". This is completely crap. In USA no dealer sells a car in MSRP specially at the year end model. In my understanding he is still a rookie for a sales person. A good sales person never make customer unhappy even tough he can not sell a car. He should be polite and always give an option to the customer. And should not play smart and should not think all customers are stupid. Sometime buyer might know more about car than the sales person. Also he provided some wrong information about the car warranty and spec. Also showed steel wheel and tried to make customer understand that is a alloy wheel. This sales person should read some consumer reports to learn that information now a days are not secret. His MSRP car selling salesman attitude will not make dealer future shiny. More
