Hello John, Thank you for stopping by. I apologize for any dissatisfaction you may have, regarding our dealership. I have spoken to Royce, who attempted to get a better understanding of what had transpired, however you did not respond to him. I can understand that, considering you seem upset. Royce had mentioned the possibility that you may have purchased a Corolla L, and may have actually priced out a Corolla LE here, because you said you purchased a "base model." That mostlikely accounts for the difference between the price you got and our price. If that is the case, I am sorry for the miscommunication. I would, however, like to address some items, Sir. You said that Wayne presented to you information, regarding the vehicle you were looking at. So that means he presented to you the vehicle's MSRP and our Invoice. And I'm sure Wayne asked you what would a fair price be. So how were we at a "rediculously high level - actually higher than MSRP"? We are a transparent dealership. Everything was presented to you, accordingly, with no ill intent. Again, I am sorry for your dissatisfaction. Congratulations on your purchase.
