Ripped Off I went in to the service dept for 2 leaky tires. They told me that I needed 2 valve stems which were $20 each and a valve sensor which they charged me I went in to the service dept for 2 leaky tires. They told me that I needed 2 valve stems which were $20 each and a valve sensor which they charged me $133 which was fine. Total bill = $490 Labor and tax over $300. Are you kidding me! More

He went out if his way to make sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything, he was obliging. When he mentioned that the work would be a 2-3 hour wait, I told him I had an appointment at the hospital and I had to be there and I could not be late. He offered to take me and drop me off at the hospital with a courtesy van. He said when the car was finished he would call and come back and pick her up at the hospital and bring her back to the service center to pick up my car. I truly appreciated this gesture because I couldn't leave the hospital during my 3-4 hour procedure. Daniel Pena, kudos for him being a caring, thoughtful and a down to earth great employee. More

We never have a problem when Sid works on our vehicles. He explains what is needed and what is needed in the near future. He is one of the main reasons we purchased a new Highlander. Great Service - always aim to please! I was concerned about my leased vehicle due to mileage overage and wanted to know what my options were. I came in looking for Yris Salcedo, whom helped me with my previous vehicle and I love, she was awesome!! Unfortunately she out on a car swap in Pennsylvania and would not be coming in on the day I chose to just show up. But she recommended I deal with Fitzroy Crooks. What a blessing! Fitz worked with me and helped me with my situation. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I ended up leaving there with a brand new vehicle paying what I wanted to pay for a new a lease. The guys Jonu Sam and Reggie Young really worked on the numbers to try and get me the best deal possible. The team really made it happen for me. I really appreciate them for a pleasant experience. The only drawback was that I was at the dealership for 7 hours. But at the end of the day I'm happy with them and my new vehicle. I'm enjoying the drive. I will most definitely return since I've been a happy customer since 2012. More

After weeks of going back and forth to different dealerships, Royce was a breath of fresh air. Extremely accommodating, patient and very knowledgable. The fact that he took his time to explain and compare models was truly unique to anything I had dealt with in the past. Having 4 young children (all in car seats still), Royce took the time to explain all the features and explain the car restraints thoroughly. I have never owned nor leased a Toyota before my recent deal and Royce made the transition very easy. I will definitely seek his professional opinion when my current lease is coming to its end. More

M This dealership will take advantage of the inexperienced car buyer. I went in to upgrade my 15-year-old Highlander and became an immediate target. My saleswoman tried to double charge me for the first month’s payment, which was included in the advertised down payment. When I challenged the double charge she removed it, but sweetly asked me: “Is this the first time you’ve leased a car? That is standard.” I also feel I was taken advantage of. At the time of closing, the all-in down payment was almost double the all-in amount we had spoken about prior to closing the deal. A misunderstanding on my part or a change on their end? All I’ve learned is that I will lose if I play a game of “He said, She said” with this car dealership. To top it off, I then waited three hours for the financing arm to finish my paperwork. In the future, I will take my business to a more honest dealership. More
