Lia Toyota's price was attractive enough to get us to drive from Northern Westchester to their Blauvelt location, across the Tappan Zee Bridge, despite the fact that there are an abundance of dealers near our residence. Dan Martinez was very helpful, competent and easy going and made the sales experience and pick up experience smooth and painless. The Internet person, Yverson, was the gentleman who got us to come in by verifying the price, in writing, as the "out the door" price, which is the "figure of merit" we use. More

Maintenance/Service and Repair During a visit for routine maintenance of my 2010 Venza, a problem with a defective gasket surfaced which required additional wait time. Sara Schlosse During a visit for routine maintenance of my 2010 Venza, a problem with a defective gasket surfaced which required additional wait time. Sara Schlosser explained the problem very clearly and, in view of the additional time involved for the repair, offered a loaner car if I could return at my convenience to do the gasket repair. When I returned a few days later the loaner car was provided as promised. Everything was done very professionally and precisely as promised. More
