Lia Service Recommended a wheel alignment of my 2017 Rav 4 Lia service produced a chart showing my alignment off. Rather than have Lia service do it, I took it to my normal service shop who informed me that t Lia service produced a chart showing my alignment off. Rather than have Lia service do it, I took it to my normal service shop who informed me that they have had over 20 customers bring in cars for alignment as recommended by Lia. None of those actually required service. Lia apparently employs a blanket like pad to enable generating an alignment chart showing alignment being off. Many people coming in for Toyota Care, which is free to new car buyers, are pushed to get an alignment which Lia charges $150 for. My service shop charged $86 to perform the alignment and confirm that no alignment had been necessary. More

Best experience ever! I was shopping for a new Camry and when I met Francisco he was really nice but when he gave me the numbers I felt that I could get it cheaper then he I was shopping for a new Camry and when I met Francisco he was really nice but when he gave me the numbers I felt that I could get it cheaper then he introduce me to his manager Sam who Was really nice, professional and had a great energy and re-assure me they were giving me a good deal. But as I said I felt that I need it a little more, then I went shopping to other 2 dealers and when I got there people at the other dealers they were not nice, didn’t have a smile and definitely not a good vibe, and when they gave me the price it was 5 dollars less but at that point Francisco and Sam came to my mind and I remember the great treatment that they give me, and the good energy that they transmite, that’s when I said that 5 or 10 dollars doesn’t compare with the experience that I had there. That’s why I went back and bought the car from them. Moral of the review. They will give u a great deal from the beginning , that is not reason to waste your time to go to another dealer. They are the best and they will always welcomed you with a great smile and great energy! Thank you Francisco And specially Sam! He helped us understand the car we wanted, got us the best possible price, including some repair costs on the vehicle we brought with us for the trade in (also purchased earlier here). He was very knowledgeable about .toyotas but he applied absolutely no pressure - just kindness and caring. I will recommend Ejaz Ahmad to anyone I know buying a car! I was also impressed with Jillian Delgado for her diligence in keeping all the paperwork in order. Very nice experience at Lia Toyota! More

I appreciated the fact that I was able to leave my car there the night before and p I brought my car in for regular service and a recall notification. I appreciated the fact that I was able to leave my car there the night before and place my keys into a secure drop box. I had anticipated that the work would take the better part of a full day, but to my pleasant surprise, it was done by mid-day. On top of all that, I had some bonus points (that I didn't know about) from prior service at the dealership that Lisa applied to my bill - so, my service cost a good deal less than I had anticipated!! Thanks to Lisa and Chris for taking good care of me and my car. I'll be back for the next service as needed. More
