I told her I would wait and she said they would get right on it. Approximately 55 minutes later Lisa came to me in the waiting room and informed me that my Rav would be ready shortly. Sure enough, she was back in 10 minutes! Can’t say enough good things about Lisa!! More
Excellent experience. Royce Ramos was excellent. I went in on a Tuesday morning at 9am m, let him know exactly what we were looking for. 1.5 hours later we were signing on Royce Ramos was excellent. I let him know that I would be back the following day to pick it up as I had to be at work. It was delivered on time. Financing through Reggie was a refreshing experience. I brought in my car for a transmission and brake fluid change and front and rear new brakes and rot Hemant Saraiya is a first quality service manager. I brought in my car for a transmission and brake fluid change and front and rear new brakes and rotors. After picking up the car I noticed residual leak of fluid and was concerned - brought it back and he promptly looked st it and found that the cause was not a leak but the undercarriage shield wasn’t cleaned when the technician was filling up the fluids and hence when it rained it seemed like a leak. More importantly I found this as I was taking a vacation and was gonna be out for two weeks and he said to stop by when my vacation was over and pick up the car. Thanks to him I didn’t need to worry while I was away on vacation and knew my car was taken care of. More

Recall performed on shift lock solenoid Speed of service was very quick, had recall finished same day within a few hours. David Walsh was very friendly, gave him(and service center) a 4 out of 5 only because my mileage in was entered incorrectly by over 200 miles. Not sure if it was his fault, but if he printed out a receipt of invoice like I wanted(instead of email) when I picked up my vehicle it would have saved me a return trip to get a mileage correction on the invoice as proof, because I am selling my vehicle and my Carfax record is off now. I had to upload the invoice/receipt on Carfax to have my current mileage on record. If not for that, I would have given them 5 across the board overall. More

Excellent Expierence! I recently brought my car in for an oil change and overall checkup. I told Jean when I arrived that I had to go in 3 hours for another appointment. W I recently brought my car in for an oil change and overall checkup. I told Jean when I arrived that I had to go in 3 hours for another appointment. Within an hour, he not only explained that they found some issues with my car that needed to he fixed, but he actually brought me back into the shop and showed me! Allowing me to see with my own eyes what repairs I was paying for and how serious the issues were just blew me away. Now obviously the repairs they pointed out were going to take time so Jean gave me a free rental car so that I could take care of my errands and then come back later for my car. I have going here for 5 years because of how honest and easy they are to work with and I will continue to keep coming back. Thanks Jean Chery for making this trip worth every penny! More
