Buying a car is not an every-day experience for me, and some of the car salespeople I spoke with at other dealerships either outright lied to me or treated me like an idiot. Ms. Prall was very familiar with the car she showed me, and was able to answer my questions. If she didn't know an answer to a particular question, she said, "Let me find out," and then got right back to me. My understanding is that Ms. Prall is new to car sales, but she is off to a great start. I suspect she'll be the top salesperson at Lia in no time at all! Highly recommended. When you visit Lia Toyota, ask for Ariel. You'll be glad you did. More
