Everything was handled well considering the ongoing coronavirus situation. Robert called me shortly after I had dropped off the car to alert me to an issue that needed to be addressed. The service and repairs were done to my satisfaction and I was able to pick up my car the following day (Toyota is working short staffed in service and service advisors but I had a loaner - so no worries) More
