I brought a car in for service which i had recently purchased from Lia of Northampton and Sam Doucette was my service rep. He was so polite, assured me there was nothing wrong and even changed wiper b purchased from Lia of Northampton and Sam Doucette was my service rep. He was so polite, assured me there was nothing wrong and even changed wiper blades free of charge. Very customer orientated and worked hard to get my vehicle back to me asap! I like the sales people to, but knowing there's someone like Sam is in service my husband and I will continue with Lia in the future! Love Lia of Northampton. We are also going to start taking our Rav4 up there for service to! More
