I had dealt with a great salesman by the name of Dave Vickers. Drove 4 hours to buy a "TOY" 2011 Rubicon. The inept and unprofessional F & I guy named JACK literally locked my paperwork in Vickers. Told me tranny was almost empty, funny because I checked level before leaving car. Had to tell them the ECM was a recall and that was the problem. Took them all day to replace a part that the book says shou level before leaving car. Had to tell them the ECM was a recall and that was the problem. Took them all day to replace a part that the book says should take 1 hour. New part had the same part number as the old one? I will be buying Honda from now on. Lia Toyaota in Colonie has the worst mechanics and service reps in the world, don't go there. More
Fran was extremely nice and helpful when I initially called for new tires. He helped get me a great deal. Once there, Chris Cook took care of me. I sent an inquiry regarding a new Sienna to Lia'a website. I received a call from Scott Risley in a timely manner. I told Scott I would be in Saturday, March 17, 2012. When I arrived Scott met me and handed me off to salesman Frank Krein. Frank took us for a test drive and we settled on the Sienna XLE. The price range Scott gave me over the phone was mid to upper $32,000. This sounded very good to me. I informed Frank that I would be trading in my 2005 Lincoln Town Car. He took the keys and I assume someone looked at the car. After around an hour of talking and looking Frank introduced me to Greg Byer, General Manager. Greg asked if I was ready to buy. I said this was our first stop and I would be looking at a Ford Explorer and the Honda Odyssey. At that point Greg said “stop back when you decide that the Sienna is the vehicle you want”. I was not given a trade-in value for my car. At that point I felt like I was given the “bums rush”. We stopped at Toyota first because it was the vehicle we really wanted. If we could have struck a deal I would have signed that day. We then went to Rensslaer Honda and bought a new Odyssy. I picked it up on Monday 3/19/2012. The Honda people were great. More
We went to Lia to look at a 2011 Prius. We did not know a lot about the hybrids and had never driven one before. We took the car for a test drive and liked it. On returning from our test drive Brent asked us lot about the hybrids and had never driven one before. We took the car for a test drive and liked it. On returning from our test drive Brent asked us if we had any intention of buying a car that day. We told him no (Lia was the first dealer we had been to and we wanted more time to think about it). Brent replied that he had another customer so if we were not going to buy that day that he could not spend anymore time with us. We did not appreciate being blown off because we would not rush into a sale. The next day we went to another dealer, received excellent service and bought a new Prius. More

Yvette is great. She speaks to you like a person not a car sales rep. She is very funny and a friendly person who truly cares about her customers. We would personally recommend her to everyone. I purchased a used corolla that had extensive paint issues. Now I know I purchased a USED car but the paint was horrible . Mr Beyer the general manager introduced me to Dan Wheeler the body shop manage issues. Now I know I purchased a USED car but the paint was horrible . Mr Beyer the general manager introduced me to Dan Wheeler the body shop manager . Mr. Wheeler seemed a bit taken back at the task at hand. After looking the car over top to bottom Mr. Wheeler checked with the lovely lady in the rental dept. to see if they had a loaner car available and they did . Mr Wheeler had her assign me the car which was the twin to mine.(less the paint issues) . He simply said we will take care of this. Four hours later he called and asked me to come take a look. When I showed up Mr Wheeler had it parked in front of lia's very nice body shop . My car looked new Mr Wheeler went above and beyond he and his fabulous crew should commended. I strongly recommend anyone to this place. Top notch service at a top notch facility! More
