Tom Pottenburgh, my salesman, helped me through the whole process of purchasing my new Tacoma. He wasn't pushy, which I don't like at all, and we were able to negotiate a prices for my trade in along with t process of purchasing my new Tacoma. While I was frustrated with current interest rates, that’s not anything the dealership has control of. We found the exact vehicle we needed for our business, and the sales associate, Makenzie Nieves, w that’s not anything the dealership has control of. We found the exact vehicle we needed for our business, and the sales associate, Makenzie Nieves, was extremely cheerful, polite, and helpful. Overall it was an in and out sale, while I expected a few weeks of looking, because you had a perfect vehicle for our needs and a very acceptable price. I got the vehicle home and noticed more, heated windshield wipers and side mirrors, auto lane assist, in dash phone dictation for receiving texts, cruise with crash avoidance heated seats, a lot that I was not even aware of when I purchased the vehicle. The vehicle was used and there are some very minor issues, but we are working to find a time to have the car in to have them taken care of. Normally I do not take full maintenance packages and protections, but the price allowed me to roll them in and still be within budget. More
