First time but it won't be my last time! I was probably the least prepared for the " car buying process". I dragged my boyfriend to look at every car dealer imaginable. Countless test drives and weird comments like "tell me what I can do to help you step into the car of your dreams" later- I found Allie at LIa Toyota. She was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. She walked me through all the steps of car buying. She also ASKED me questions about my driving habits, my family size, my daily round trips- to ascertain what option would be best for me! I appreciated that- as it was my first car shopping experience and often times I was just asked what make and model I wanted to test drive- rather then trying to learn a bit more about me as a person and what type of car I may need. Unfriendly atmosphere Manager mike presented his self very unprofessional and rude, me and my husband went in with the intention to purchase a vehicle and found out it's us Manager mike presented his self very unprofessional and rude, me and my husband went in with the intention to purchase a vehicle and found out it's used so my husband looked up the value and told the sales person who then looked up the value and came back with the same we found out. Sales guy went to his manager. The manager came out and spoke to us in a very rude tone of voice and turned and walk away. I find this hard to believe and mostly seem like he judge us as if we don't have money to purchase the vehicle as little as he knew I currently own several new vehicle and looking to own a truck. This is why you don't hire lunatic to be in a manager position very unprofessional experience will never purchase another vehicle from Lia Toyota. More
