They will try to rip you off I was in the market to buy a new car and ended up at Lia Nissan in Saratoga. I had researched a few new cars and the Nissan Altima was one of them I w I was in the market to buy a new car and ended up at Lia Nissan in Saratoga. I had researched a few new cars and the Nissan Altima was one of them I wanted to check out. The Lia Nissan is the closest Nissan Dealership so I stopped there. As I was looking at the cars a salesman walks out and starts talking to me. We go for a test drive in an Altima and I like the car. We go back to the dealership and start talking numbers. He offered me a fair price for my trade but was high on the new Altima price and I knew because I had done a lot of research. So after back and fourth he came back with his bottom offer. I told him that I needed sometime to think about it and I left. When I got home I did more research, I went to the Lia Nissan website and found the exact car I had driven, the VIN was a match, the car was listed $1000 cheaper on the internet site than the dealer quoted me in the dealership. Well to say the least I didn't go back. More
Refuse to Service a Known CVT Transmission Problem Went in to get my car service for transmission problems. I was having trouble maintaining speed after an hour of highway driving. The speed would actu Went in to get my car service for transmission problems. I was having trouble maintaining speed after an hour of highway driving. The speed would actually start going down, despite basically flooring the gas pedal. First time I went in, they reset the faulty codes and said it was set to go! Are you serious?? On top of not solving the problem, they charged me $50. A week later the same thing happened on another trip. This time I dropped off the car for two days. Again nothing. This time they found the transmission fluid to be dirty and overfilled, which somehow they missed during the initial inspection. They drove the car for only 40 miles, despite the problem occurring after about 60 miles. On top of that, they charged me ANOTHER $58 for not solving the problem again. This dealership obviously fears doing the extra work to do whats best for their customer, and not only that, they'll take advantage of you and try to milk all the money they can out of you. DO NOT GO HERE! Please find another Nissan dealership! More

They never even cleaned out my car that was brand new they messed up my registration purchase agreement and title and they don't care at all and sent me on my way!!!! They are money hungry pieces of garbage. The GM is the worst Greg Beyer and sales associate Geoffrey kidder is beyond lazy !!! More
