We have leased 3 vehicles from Lia Nissan and have always been very pleased with the service received and that they are all so friendly. Joanne Chapleski And the others were extremely knowledgeable and explained everything they were going to do, they also addressed a couple of questions that I had and the master service tech and manager also answered my concerns and scheduled me for a future visit and set up a rental, very helpful and I will definitely continue to use them for all my future work. Service Upon arrival I was met in the pre service bay and greeted. First associate put the protective covers over the seats And on the flooring. Next step was at the Service Desk to talk with Joanne Chapleski. We discussed today's appointment, what was scheduled to be done and Joanne asked if there was anything else. I told her one little thing I was requesting. She made note of it and suggested that I make myself comfortable in the customer waiting area. In a matter of minutes she approached me to go over the work that was done with printed out invoices describing the work. Joanne escorted me to the cashier's window and thanked me for having my car serviced there. At the cashier's window, I was met by a very personable young lady who handled the payment transaction. She thanked me and I was on my way ONLY after saying goodbye to Joanne. She commented that for The next scheduled service I would receive an email from them. Then it was out the door in my newly washed car and down the road. More
