Lia Nissan Sevice overcharges and Manager is rude and disrespectful of customer. In this example they charged 2.5 hours of work for what really took less than 1.5 hours. Lia is consistently honest, trustworthy, accommodating and a pleasure to do business. I have taken all 4 leased Rogues to Lia for routine maintenance and never had a problem getting the time slot I wanted and a pleasure to do business. Dropped the truck off for quite a bit of scheduled maintenance at 7:30 am and needed to be back on the road by 11:30 am.
