Quick fix to an unexpected repair When AAA could not get my car back on the road, I had them tow it to Lia Hyundai in Enfield. She managed my expectations and communicated with me several times during my wait to let me know where I was in the service queue. Felt like I was home I had visited other dealers, and sensed that I was dollar signs and not a human being. One dealer barely let me out of my car before she pounced. There, while looking for a deal that would suit my budget, I felt they where working me. It was almost a bad acting performance as they tried to get me to commit to a price I couldn't afford. So when I walked into Lia and this lovely lady, Lisa Caputo greeted me with a sincere intention to truly take care of me, I knew I wasn't leaving without a car that day. She made me feel that the sale was more about me, the customer, and not her sales quota or commission. She had a great repoire with all members of the dealership, which ensured my trust. In the end I drove home with a car that I am extremely happy with, and could afford. She took care of all the details, making it almost seamless, and even offered her time if I ever needed to come back and have her show me how some of the new intricacies available in cars today, work. She's the best! More
