Of course it wasn't the only place we went looking for a vehicle, but it was the first and only place that within the first 10 minutes, we didn't feel the usual salesman banter. He was very friendly and answered all my questions and needs. We came back a few times because I needed my husband to see the vehicle. Fred did everything in his power to make this deal work, and spent tons of time with us, since this was not an a quck and easy deal. I know all his time spent with us took him away from other potential sales, and for that I thank him. If you want a great experience, ask for Fred. I am by far not the easiest customer to deal with given the circumstances I was in, but he had tons of patience, a great sense of humor, and made sure I was happy as I drove away in my new car.
