Dishonorable service We took our car in for one repair. While in the shop, the car developed a second problem, an ESC light. We do not live near this awful dealership, so have to go to another one to get this Lia-generated problem fixed. They refused to refund the money for the non-fix. More

Our only issue through the whole process was our trade in value being changed at the end due to problems that surfaced on the way to the dealership to pick up the new car. This nearly ended the deal and we were up front from the beginning about the car's condition and were promised more money to start. As far as the car we purchased, we are totally satisfied and love it. More
