He was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I had been to the Lia Hyundai of Hartford a couple months prior and wasn't impressed. I decided to give Lia Hyundai another shot by trying the Enfield location. Bryce was awesome to work with. He wasn't just trying to sell me something. I felt like he truly listened to my needs and gave me a good deal on the car I wanted. I would highly recommend Bryce Cyr and Lia Hyundai of Enfield to any of my friends and family! More

Curt with a tunnel vision for commission Car salesmen no doubt work on commissions, and that's understandable. What makes me incredibly off put from a dealership is when they clearly look aft Car salesmen no doubt work on commissions, and that's understandable. What makes me incredibly off put from a dealership is when they clearly look after only their commission and try and up sell me on vehicles that ultimately don't suit my needs or prices that aren't always competitive. I do want to give credit where it's due, their new car push, pull, or tow incentive was good. However, when I called to inquire about it after a radio add, the first sales person I talked to told me that it only qualified specific new inventory despite the add saying otherwise. When a new employee followed up with me, they admitted to miss information and said the radio ad was correct. The employees should be a united front and clear on what programs they're running. Further, the sales person I worked with, Lisa, was quick to use the xxxxxxof keeping us in the dealer for a long time so we feel more invested and more likely to buy a car. I'm not a fan of that needless wasted time. Her and her manager were curt and heavy handed in pressuring me to make a same day decision despite clearly stating that I was still price shopping. She tried to downplay the fact a bumper on a used car was not secure and practically falling off. It was a 2013 base model priced the same as a certified 2016 base model in better condition at another dealer (which is ultimately what I ended up going with). She mocked the email account that I use when I suspect future spam - my former childhood email acct - in a way that didn't seem like light hearted comradery but rather a judgement despite the hot pink bedazzled stapler, cup holder, phone, etc on her desk, not to mention other subtle digs or know-it-all cadence that I found off putting. The service wasn't egregiously bad, but being bullied into buying a car isn't persuasive for me. I took my business elsewhere. If it's the closest dealer to you or you have a rough trade in where you benefit greatly from their deals, you'll do okay, but it's probably best you look elsewhere if you can. More

Attempted to negotiate an offer I was very disappointed with the "quality" of service Lia Hyundai of Enfield provided to my husband. We live a little over an hour away and he had reached out about a vehicle and started the process with someone named Jessica, he called and emailed her with the details of the offer. First of all her response came off as rude, and like she was very bad at math, as she was giving us a counter offer higher than what the car is actually valued at. Then when we requested to deal with her manager, she provided us with his contact information and we attempted to call and email and never heard back. Turns out the vehicle we were interested in has since been sold. Car buying is already a frustrating process, and this dealership did not make it any easier. More
