The prices were excellent both times, with no haggling necessary, but what was even more important to me was the way I was treated. Car buying is supposed to be one of the more stressful experiences you can have, but not at Lia. Everyone was friendly and really helpful. There was never any pressure to spend more than the original quote- Tim even explained things that could save me money! The car has a lot of features, and Lisa took the time to clearly explain them and make sure I was comfortable with them. If she offered options or upgrades, I never felt pressured to spend more than I wanted to. Tim was very thorough going over the financing, and made sure I fully understood all the details. And again, I never felt pressured to spend more than I wanted to. I left there in a great new car. feeling happy and sure I got a great deal. I'll definitely go back for my next car. More

After the sale was made, D-Train showed me how to use all of the new technology in the car, answered all of my questions, introduced me to the service manager, and helped me out with an issue the next day I had with some paperwork. Abandoned After Sale I Purchased a used 2015 KIA Sedona. During the sale there was some confusion over the dealer fee. It was resolved by paying one half of it. At the closing, I was informed that there was only one fob to start the car. If I wanted a second one, I would have to go to a KIA dealer to get one. The cost quoted by LIA KIA is $320. So much for getting a good deal. Somehow SeriusXM radio was notified that I purchased the car and started a free trial. I received this information by email from SeriusXM not the dealer. For whatever reason there was a problem getting the SeriusXM to work and when I went back to the dealer to resolve the issue, after a cursory attempt by my sales agent, which failed, I was left to resolve it on my own. After about an hour on the phone with SeriusXM, I was able to get it. When I requested my sales agent to get me the presales maintenance on my car, she told me to get it myself which I did with another trip to the dealership. The service area were very accommodating.
