No real issues with our salesperson, and I'm happy with the car (2011 Suburu Legacy) and the price, but there wer Overall, this was an ok experience. No real issues with our salesperson, and I'm happy with the car (2011 Suburu Legacy) and the price, but there were definitely things that annoyed me about this place. First, this car came advertised with a backup camera on both their website, and the sticker they placed on the window of the car...and shame on me for not verifying beforehand,but shouldn't the place selling the vehicle check the features of the car that they are selling!? If that was the only thing, I'd get over it, but the car had to have a tire sensor replaced at a different dealership in which I had to make arrangements to drop off the car for 6 hours on my one day off in two weeks (they did cover the cost), and then when my registration was mailed to me (9 days after the purchase is when I received it) there was no license plate sticker that is supposed to come with it, so I had to wait over a long holiday weekend to pick up at RMV and have inspection completed. Like I said, if it was just one of those things that happened, I would live with it, it's just the combination of everything was very frustrating..Overall,in fairness to them, it was an ok experience, no annoying sales pitches for things we didn't need,no drawn out pricing games, trade in went smoothly....
