I went to Lia Hyundai to purchase a 2011 Sonata and to take advantage of the .9% financing. My salesman, Jason Cosmo, was very helpful in showing me what was available. The only problem that we had was fi take advantage of the .9% financing. My salesman, Jason Cosmo, was very helpful in showing me what was available. The only problem that we had was finding a basic Sonata(without all the "bells and whistles") that was available in silver for immediate delivery. After meeting with the sales manager, Jon Kirschman, they found that a Sonata, meeting my needs, was coming in that weekend on a "swap". I had checked the Consumer Reports pricing and I felt that I received a very fair price. My new car had rather high mileage for a new vehicle because it had been "swaped" between a couple of dealerships in western New York and then was driven to Albany, New York. When I voiced concern about this, the general manager,Michael Bowers, gave me a voucher for future use for service on the vehicle. I felt that in every way,Lia Hyundai went that "extra mile" to accommodate me. More

Went to look for a Used car and no one there wanted to show us any cars. Had to walk around the lot to look. When asked for carfax report they refused. Attitude was take it or leave it.
