He even found me an online coupon to get a discount on the work which was better than the ones I received in the service flyers. After about 40 minutes Donald advised me that an all wheel alignment was needed to correct uneven tire wear which my wife was complaining about before the service appointment. I was advised of the added cost and time in a courteous manner. I had mentioned that I would be going down south on a trip and Donald was concerned that the alignment be done before the high mileage drive.. He also reserved a ride on the shuttle for me to get to work and then picked up to return to the dealership to pick up my car. This was the second time FUCILLO HYUNDAI of Schenectady's Service department has pulled this ****! My insurance company, informed me of Lia and said I should give them a shot -- so I called and was VERY HAPPY to speak with Mike. He was helpful, informative, patient, and went beyond the treatment ever extended to me in the 2 years of dealing with Fucillo. Mike has gained a customer in me, for the life that I have my car. I highly recommend him. Thank you Mike. :) More
Minimal hassle getting repairs I stopped by with no appointment and Darryl Cross helped me by arranging a loaner car while my car was in the shop for a few days. He was helpful, patient, and willing to work with me on getting the deal I was after. Overall Lia has been a good choice with only a few minor hiccups. Most of which I attribute to normal circumstances found in any dealership. The only fault from this visit was that it took a while to have the car ready for me to pick it up. I am not sure why that happened. Although I have had similar situations at other dealers before. More
