Z The only issue that presented was from the financial dept. I signed all the paper work and the copies were all given to me. A few days later I recei The only issue that presented was from the financial dept. I signed all the paper work and the copies were all given to me. A few days later I received a phone call from Randy telling me I needed to sign a paper that I had not signed. I told him I would be in on Wed because the car needed to be repaired, it was brought from Massachusetts with a scuff marks on it on the drivers side bumper. He said he needed done right away, so Monday morning he came to my job and I signed the paper. Later that day I checked my copies and yes I had signed the same paper in his office. I called Randy because I noticed there was a rate increase in the car payment amount. He said it was because the banks name was not on the form I signed in his office, and it had to be on there. The increase is minor, I just don't like the way it presented and I told him that. He said he was going to speak to his manager, I have not heard from him again. When I took the car to be repaired I added for him and was told he was not in. My sales person was Terence Baxton I mentioned this incident to him. More
