I used to feel that they were pushy and always trying to get you to do more than you came in for. That seems to have changed in the last year or so and for that reason I will continue to come in for routine maintenance such as oil changes etc. They also get you in and out as promised and this is very important as well. This is my third purchase with Lia Hyundai so they must be doing something right. More
