I rejected the first salesman as he appeared to not be fully honest with me and asked to speak with his supervisor and got connected with Senior Sales Consultant and thoroughly enjoyed my experience from that point on, test drive and delivery. Had Overall, I like the car. Our salesperson was useless. Did not know anything about the car or at least failed to tell us about any of the features. Had to talk to his "manager" for everything. Did not tell us about any features of the car during our test drive. Instead, he sat in the back of the car on his cell phone the whole time barely paying any attention to us while my wife had to ask him for directions. The only reason I learned anything about the car was through my own research and getting some instruction from a sales manager who happened to know a lot about the car and helped us out when we picked up the vehicle. Overall the vehicle is nice, however after purchasing it I noticed there was a crack/broken piece on the lower part of the front fender that is tough to see if you are not looking for it. The staff during my purchase/pick up of the vehicle was very difficult and were not as accommodating as I would have hoped. I had to work around their schedule and when the finance manager was available to help me with the purchase. This resulted in a far drive after work the following Monday after purchasing the car, and an extremely long wait even though we had an appointment. Of course our salesperson was not available so another one had to help me while we waited for the finance manager to be ready. We waited 45 minutes to an hour before even being called into the finance managers office. No apologies were made for the wait. They also did not know where the spare key for the vehicle was until I suggested looking for it, and it was magically found. Then, it was written into my purchase that I would be getting my snow tires back from the car I was trading in and made an appointment to come in and swap the tires out. Again, I drove 45 minutes out of my way to this dealership only to find when I got there, that my expensive snow tires were no where to be found. After waiting around for an hour of them "looking" for my tires, they realized they were gone. They did say they would either find them or replace them. A few days later we received a phone call stating they had found the tires and they had been sent to salvage and they could get them back. So again, my wife had to drive out of her way after a long day of work to pick up the tires I was promised in the first place. Supposedly I have a service credit for 88 dollars, but I will believe it when I see it. This was not the end. After all of these horrible experiences, I received another call a few days later from the finance manager asking to speak with me. He realized he put the wrong amount for the service warranty on my contract and needed me to sign a new one. I already mentioned this is a 45 minutes drive from my house and close to an hour away from my job. I was disgruntled but agreed anyway just to get this all over with. I made an appointment to drive out there on a Saturday when the finance manager assured me he would be there. When I got there he had called in sick and did not tell anyone he had an appointment and failed to call and cancel with me, which I would have totally understood. At this point I was fed up, I had driven somewhere in the total of 4 extra hours back and forth to this dealership and every time they were more incompetent than the last. After all of this I had to drive back out there again the next day on Sunday (one of only two days off I have every week if I am lucky) to meet with one of the managers. The finance manager had called out again, and instead I met with another manager who had the new contract for me to sign. He also had promised me he would try to hook me with a car wash "or something" for the hassle, I have yet to receive any sort of compensation. If this all wasn't enough, during the purchase of my vehicle I explicitly asked them not to run my credit unless they asked me first. I had already approved a loan with my bank before going into the dealership and wanted to do my best to make that work. It turns out they were able to find me a better deal with another bank but ran my credit without asking me (even though I mentioned MULTIPLE times, please ask me first). I am not sure if they did not think I would noticed but it clearly showed up multiple times on my credit report. Yeah, I check those. Overall yes ,I like the vehicle, but the service was terrible to say the least. The sales manager(s) were easily the best part of the experience but they can only do so much. The finance manager, the sale person(s), the service department to name a few were all incompetent, unaccommodating, and borderline unprofessional. I like the car but will be recommending friends to go elsewhere unless some sort of accommodation on my behalf is made in the near future. Also forgot to mention, it took 4 different phone calls wth multiple people to get my XM radio trial to work and when I picked up the car there was a crack in my windshield I had to use my insurance to repair. Frank was courteous whereas I've had bad experiences where they try to belittle your problem or knowledge. Good sales, not so friendly service I had a very good experience in purchasing my new car. However, they had to order an accessory I wanted. When it came in, my salesperson, Tyle, called I had a very good experience in purchasing my new car. However, they had to order an accessory I wanted. When it came in, my salesperson, Tyle, called me and I came in the same day as planned. It's important to note that I drive 2 hours to go to this dealership because our local one is truly TERRIBLE. Anyway, when I arrived and approached the service guys, I was told that I needed an appointment and there was no way it could be put on that day. I told him that I had been called to come in and have them put on (window visors). Instead of asking me to wait and checking with my salesperson, he was just insisted that I needed an appointment. I can't describe his cranked up, annoyed, curt mannerism, but it was not fun. I walked out front to the customer service person on the floor with tears in my eyes. She found Tyler and a service guy came and got my car right away. While I was waiting, the rude man came and apologized to me in a super fast "drive by" mumbled apology and was back out the door in less than 10 seconds. So, sales department gets a 8 or 9 Service a 5 so far (2 weeks into owning the car) More
