Excessive delays in registering the vehicle It has been ten(10) days and the promise that Lia Hyundai made to have the car registered has yet to be fulfilled. Our insurance agent has informed us It has been ten(10) days and the promise that Lia Hyundai made to have the car registered has yet to be fulfilled. Our insurance agent has informed us that we had seven(7) days to get the car registered and that we may no longer be insured after the seven days. We will have a more definitive insurance determination come tomorrow. There is a major "glitch" somewhere in the process and several phone conversations with LIa H. has convinced us that it is not a salesperson problem but rather an inner office problem. A full review of the process of expediting the registration of a newly purchased vehicle is definitely warranted. One last note; we need to emphasize the fact that the salesperson that we worked with had done all he could to solve the registration delay. More
