Harry was the main person who guided us in our decision. Harry was very efficiently, professional and friendly. But he was certainly more than that. Throughout the entire process we felt that Harry understands very well who we are and what we want. He helped us enormously to make the right choice. Harry also had a great human touch and made us feel very comfortable. He went out of his way to help us with various aspects of the purchase: he drove us to the bank to get the down payment check and then took us home to pick up the title for the exchange car. He even washed our old license plates that he put on the new car and helped to install the bike rack. The entire experience made us feel very comfortable and welcome. This is not to diminish the efforts of the entire Lia Honda team that helped us with the purchase. The experience and professionalism of the entire team are beyond doubt.
