They were all amazingly helpful and friendly and the showroom was downright cozy. Coffee was better than any bank/auto shop/dealer/ doctor's office I'd ever been to. Bonus points for the Ice Cream machine and Sales DOG. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new/used car and they will even help you if you're not looking just at Hondas, apparently they have a wide network of cars available. More

He called regularly to update me on the status of paperwork and delivery of our new vehicle. Paperwork was in order upon pick-up of our new car. When we initially discussed pricing, it was based on trade-in of our old vehicle. Price was okay but could have been better if the assessed value of our trade-in was better. So we decided to do a "clean" deal and sold our old vehicle on our own. We were satified with the price. As usual, Mike was very friendly and treated us well. More

On first visit, the general manager came out to talk to us and informed me he would guarantee to make this a fun experience......he was 100% correct. Not only did I get a great car at a great price (without haggling back and forth) but was able to have an effortless trade-in through a wholesaler, and outstanding customer service from the salesman to the general manager to the finance person. I brought a family member with me throughout the process as they have knowledge of carsales and he was amazed how easy Lia Honda made our experience and kept telling me I don't understand how great they were and that he has worked sales for years and never had a smooth transition such as this. Kudos to Lia Honda for making a stressful situation not stressful!! More

We had gone to look at a few other vehicles and I was surprised that the sales people rode along on the test drive. But at Lia Honda, we were given the keys and sent on our way.
