If you are looking for honesty, integrity and personality in your salesman, Will at Lia Honda is the guy for you!! Hands down, Will and the other team members treated me with respect and compassion, as this in your salesman, Will at Lia Honda is the guy for you!! Hands down, Will and the other team members treated me with respect and compassion, as this was a tremendously upsetting and stressful situation for me. Their time and patience in explaining details, and making me feel understood was paramount. Not only did the financing department resolve my situation, but they also did so in a timely fashion! Once approval was received from the bank, the car was prepared for delivery only 2 hours later!! At delivery (6pm and Will stayed beyond his scheduled hrs), the Accord was immaculate, barring a minor blemish found on the vehicle. By 10am the next morning I was contacted and scheduled for my loaner car and the blemish to be fixed. I received an email confirmation moments later... By 11:30am that same day, I was also contacted by Will, just to 'see how things were going'! Considering no one is perfect, Lia Honda sure comes as close to perfect as possible in covering all the bases, making things right and ensuring your experience is one to share!! I couldn't feel more confident, comfortable and proud of the decision I made to follow my family and friends over to Lia Honda! More

WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. BILL LLAMAS WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CUSTOMER=ORIENTED. I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THIS HONDA IF NOT FOR HIM. THIS DEALERSHIP WAS THE BEST IN WESTERN NEW YORK FOR AVAILABI PROFESSIONAL AND CUSTOMER=ORIENTED. I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THIS HONDA IF NOT FOR HIM. AFTER THE VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WE HAD IN 2005 WHEN WE BOUGHT OUR FIRST CRV FROM LIA HONDA, BILL AND HIS SALES MANAGER MADE US WANT TO BUY OUR 2012 HONDA FROM THEM. THE HONDA CRV WAS FAR SUPERIOR FOR OUR NEEDS TO THE MAZDA-5, NISSAN ROUGE, TOYOTA RAV-4, AND THE KIA BECAUSE WE TRIED THEM ALL, AND MUCH PREFERRED THE HONDA. This was a stress free buying experience. From the second you walk into the showroom you know Lia’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Our salesman, David Hoeflich, gave us a multitude of reasons w second you walk into the showroom you know Lia’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Our salesman, David Hoeflich, gave us a multitude of reasons why we needed to buy a CRV, yet we never felt the awful pressure you can experience at other dealerships. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable and willing to work with us. We are very pleased with the final price and the interest rate. David even came in to meet us, after having surgery, just to make sure our new car was ready for pickup and to familiarize us with all the bells and whistles this crossover has. The GM, Rob Greenwood, does an outstanding job making your buying environment pleasurable. His beautiful, gentle dog, Emily, could sell the cars herself, if she could talk. Ice-cream, fresh popcorn, water, coffee, lemonade, snacks, fresh flowers and shuttle service all add to the care they take to let a buyer know they are important and appreciate your business. Don’t hesitate to buy your new car from them. With that kind of atmosphere and work environment, you will feel comfortable doing business there. All that aside, the final result is that you end up with a vehicle that not only looks good and performs great, but is rated the best to buy in its class. Saleman was great and has been very helpful on this purchase as well as my last purhase, I highly recomend him. George told us he would work to get us the best rate possible and he would contact us on 02/20 or 02/21 after he spoke with Chase and the other banks who offer auto loans. We were given an approximate payment but no firm rate. Since we had not heard anything we were in contact with Dave 02/25 regarding the car and he apologized for George not calling and said George was very busy and working hard and we would hear something when the new rates if any were announced by Honda in March. On March 2nd we received a call to come in and pick up the car without ever having been given a rate we would be contracting for on the car. We came in to close the deal with Dave and and still had not been contacted by George, while a finance contract was set to be put into place with no disclosure of the rate in advance. I expressed to Dave our disapointment with the lack of detail being shown on our behalf. He did then speak with George who came out and apologized for not following up. We then finished signing for the car and making our payment. I mentioned to Dave my surprise that i was not spoken to by the credit manager regarding the extras such as rustproofing, simonizing, insurance or rustproofing. Dave asked me if I was interested and I toldl him I would be passing. I have been dealing with Lia since 2003, this is the first vehicle purchased after 6 leases with Lia and I feel the ball was dropped. More
Overall I had a good experience at Lia Honda. However my sales reperentative was difficult to reach and whenever i called the dealership it seemed like no one knew where the person i was lookiing for was.
