This was the second dealership we visited in our search for a 2012 Honda CR-V. From the moment we stepped in the door we felt comfortable. We met our salesman, Will Litten, and our experience got even better. No pressure, he explained everything and answered all my silly questions. Needless to say, we purchased the vehicle from him and Lia. As it was the end of the year, color choices became limited so, with my list of colors in order of preference, he got started. Within three days, he found me my beautiful twilight blue CR-V. We picked it up yesterday and with his instruction of all the fundamentals, we left happily. Oh, and did I mention that the have an ice cream cooler???? I would highly recommend this dealership. I began this search for a new vehicle expecting to be aggravated, stressed and unhappy. I was none of them, it was a remarkably easy experience. Will made us feel like he wanted to sell us a car at a fair price and we all walked away happy. More

My salesman, David Hoeflich was very pleasant, straightforward and knowledgeable. He was laid back - not aggressive or pushy which I very much appreciated. Lia gave me more for my trade-in than I was expecting, and the finance department found a lower interest rate than my bank. Thank you Lia Honda, for making this entire experience so easy, fast and pleasant!! More
I had a current lease on a 2010 CR-V and was contacted by Jillian of Lia Honda to see if I was interested in upgrading to a 2012 CR-V at the same rate. Went to the dealership to discuss and she introduced m Jillian of Lia Honda to see if I was interested in upgrading to a 2012 CR-V at the same rate. Went to the dealership to discuss and she introduced me to Sales Rep. Joe Canastraro. He showed me the 2012 model and had me take it for a drive explainng all the updates and changes which are fantastic. Couldn't believe the difference from my current CR-V to the 2012 model. He also was able to get me one is a beautiful new coloe Urban Titanium. Very rich looking. Did the paperwork and a few days later I picked up my new 2012 CR-V with help from Dave in the Finance Dept. who gave me copies of all my pertinent paperwork. I was very please when I got my first Honda and am really, really pleased with my new one. Joe is a great salesman and seems very sincere and helpful with regard to answering any questions I had. Would recommend Lia Honda and Joe to anyone I hear is looking for a new car. More

My first contact with Lia was through their website when I submitted an e-price quote which was much lower than the MSRP and no haggling to reach such a price. I had submitted a quote request from other dealerships, but since Lia was the only one open on Sunday, they responded first. So I went in to test drive the Civic and was very pleased with the service at Lia. They used a no-pressure tactic and only wanted to sell me what I wanted to buy. I wasn't pressured to buy bells/whistles and was not pressured in an extended warranty. After my first meeting with Will Litton, I told him I wasn't ready to buy yet and I would contact him tomorrow because I wanted to "sleep on it". The next day after other dealerships responded, Lia's deal could not be beat. During this process, Will was still not pressuring me to come in and buy. There wasn't a "you need to come in and sign before they are all gone" line. I came in at my convenience and when I was ready. Would definitely recommend Lia Honda of Williamsville. More

Very positive new-car buying experience. No gimmicks on the sale price...no games with the trade-in...just a very professional, pleasant atmosphere.
