My husband have been to Lia in Williamsville for 5 new Hondas. We are always 100% pleased with the sales and service department. The employees there always greet you with a smile and a "hello" even if you are not a customer of theirs. It is a comfortable place to go and the service appointments are fairly quick. We feel that our salesman always tries to help get us the payment that we are looking for. In the service department, Mike always gets us an appointment that is convenient with our busy work schedules. He also informs us of what we will be needing at our service in the near future. I always also appreciate his help researching new tires with us for our many cars now and in the past for a price that we can afford. We will keep coming back. Excellent customer service!!! Usually when I go to a car dealer to go shopping my stomach gets in knots. There is usually the hassle of haggling to get a decent deal and then you don't know if in fact you did. This was my 4th time going to Lia Honda to get a car for a member of my family. Everyone at Lia makes you feel comfortable without any pressure to purchase. Robin Greenwood is not your typical salesman or general manager. He talks to you like he is your next door neighbor. He breaks down the stereo-typical feeling of a car salesman instantly. He listens to what you have to say, what you want and what you need. He carefully asks questions that build a relationship between you and the dealership and makes it seamless. He has a team of people that are genuinely nice, no fakes smiles here. I can't say enough about this dealership or how well they treat you. My daughter came with me this last time and she was even able to get a hot dog and ice cream while she waited with me. They even asked her if she would like seconds of ice cream. If they can make my family feel comfortable, they can make your family feel comfortable. Try them, you won't be disappointed ! More

My 3 year lease was expiring and I went to this dealer to negotiate a new lease. Mike was extremely knowledgeable, patient and respectful. I was able to lease a 2013 Accord for a little more than what I am negotiate a new lease. Mike was extremely knowledgeable, patient and respectful. I was able to lease a 2013 Accord for a little more than what I am paying presently and got features that normally exist only on higher end cars. Mike took over an hour in briefing me and my husband on the operational features of this new car, in the car, so it was a hands on interactive learning experience. This was sooooo helpful. I never felt pressured. I got exactly what I wanted and was able to drive away with all paper work intact 24 hrs. after walking into the dealership. I love working with Lia Honda Williamsville! Seriously. More

I searched for a vehicle at many different dealerships, and the salesman here was very attentive without being pushy. The hot chocolate and ice cream were enjoyable. In 2007 I bought a car from this location, and loved everything about my experience. I trusted Lia Honda with all their services, and would even tell others how much I loved going there. Although recent everything about my experience. I trusted Lia Honda with all their services, and would even tell others how much I loved going there. Although recently, I found out that Lia Honda had been lying to me. They told me that I failed my inspection, and that I would need new brakes for $500, plus labor. I took the rejection letter instead and went to Goodyear, and had them perform an inspection, without them knowing that I had gone to Lia Honda just to see if there was really an issue. Goodyear passed my inspection, and told me everything looked great. As a customer, what would you than think about Lia Honda? I completely lost trust with this dealership, and will never step foot there again. Also recently the staff there seems to be rude, and unhelpful. I've also taken my car there for oil changes ever since I bought the car, never had an issue until recently where my car started to leak oil after the oil change was performed. My point is to never trust these dealership until you get a second opinion. More
My husband and I worked with Don Kassidy and George O'Brocta. We originally had worked a deal with Don to buy a new CR-V EX without a trade, and were pleased with it. After having thought about the deal, we realized we needed to trade in our current vehicle and while this complicated the original deal, Don was non-plussed, patient and still very willing to work with us. He remained very professional and worked very hard to reach a deal that would satisfy us. My husband, who has a financial background, was impressed with George's knowledge in the credit markets. He directed us to a lender which would best suit our needs and was experienced in dealing with our unique circumstance of frozen credit. In the end, we were very pleased with our choice of Lia Honda, not only because we love our car, but because of the professional way in which we were dealt with as well as the explanation of the service department and hours. On a side note, it was very convenient for us to work with this dealership because they are open on Sundays. More

WOW, Will was AWESOME! I started looking for a car back in April 2012. On 10-31-2012, I had an appointment with another dealer up the street. When I arrived there, I wasn’t out of my car before the salesme in April 2012. On 10-31-2012, I had an appointment with another dealer up the street. When I arrived there, I wasn’t out of my car before the salesmen were right on me. Then the car I was to test drive went on a overnight test drive. Yes they offered to show me something else, but I didn’t call them to test dive the car. They called me and setup an appointment with me. Bait and switch Really! Or should I say trick or treat. I asked for my license back and walked out. On my way home I had always wanted to stop in at Lia-Honda, but I didn’t want to be mauled by 10 sales men so I would never stopped until 10-31. I had to go in and ask for help, which was what I wanted to do. I new what my budget, what I wanted but couldn’t get into due to out of my budget. Will was all so kind to answer questions about a CR-V that I really didn't want at all, but need a car. He even had me test drive it. I was thinking of purchasing something I didn’t really want, and knew nothing about. He did all the work and I asked would “you please run the figures for the 2010 Equinox you have to ease my mind?” He did with no problem. WOW I am now a proud owner of a 2010 Equinox. Thank you to Will for being so kind, caring and understanding and not PUSHY. I called my husband and we went right back up that evening to complete the paperwork for my Equinox. I will highly recommend Will at Lia-Honda to anyone I know that is looking for a new or used car to see Will. I can not tell or say enough about how wonderful it was not to be pressured, pushed or treated like I didn’t know what I was doing. I have taken a lot of time and researched all types of cars so I could be satisfied with my purchase. Will did an OUTSTANDING job to make it so nice and pleasant and easy to make our purchase that I now know who to go and see for our next purchase.
