The salesman told me I didn't need to get the vehicle inspected because it was new, but he was going to send in a copy of the window sticker and a bill of sale. I thought, OK perfect. My insurance company began sending me request letters and emails for the photo inspection or window sticker/bill of sale. A couple weeks later, my mom went back to purchase a vehicle. I went with her, and thought it would be a good opportunity to ask the salesman about the photo inspection and bill of sale. He assured me he had sent it in. A good month went by and I was still getting emails and letters from my insurance company. I called Lia about this and the same salesman said he would check on it and resend the information. Still, I was getting emails and letters in the mail. It is now July and all along I have been getting emails about the photo inspection. I got a letter today in the mail saying my insurance was going to be cancelled by the end of the week if I didn't submit the paperwork. I called my insurance company. They told me they never received anything from the dealer. Because it has been over 60 days, I now need to go to a car place that does photo inspections and have them submit an inspection. I have to take time out of my day to get this done because Lia didn't do this for me at the beginning. Thank God I didn't get in an accident since I bought it or else who know's if my insurance would have covered it. Lia was also stating that they would give $200 for people who refer other customers, plus the referral would get $50. I only got $50. More

The sales process was short and never felt like the time was dragging on forever. I was very happy I didn't have to spend all day sitting at the dealer. Thank you so much Jerome.
