Pleasant Experience Lia and specifically the sales consultant, Antoine, was recommended to me by two different people. So after going to different dealerships, I went to Lia and specifically the sales consultant, Antoine, was recommended to me by two different people. So after going to different dealerships, I went to Lia to work with Antoine. He knew I was coming after a phone call was made by my referral. I wanted to work with someone who wouldn't beat around the bush and make me a solid offer from the get-go. He was very easy going, not pushy at all, and came back with a strong offer knowing that I had been at other dealerships. It was a pleasant experience and I would definitely buy a car from him again. The dealership is going through renovations, but they still provided good customer service. The time spent at the dealership was a tad long, 3 hours, but they were apologetic and I knew going in it would be at least a 2 hour process. I had to play hard ball with the finance consultant to get my interest rate down and fend off the extras, but this was also expected as that is their job. Overall, he got me a rate that I am very pleased with. More
