Service department at Lia is OK, friendly people. Overall the staff is friendly. The rep Sal Khan took very good care of me each step of the way. For a recent purchase I got conned into purchasing the "extended" warranty by Zurich. After reading the reviews, I feel like I got ripped off. I guess time will tell but I don't have a warm feeling.
