Jackie & Bill treated me like family & were genuine about my situation & needs. They were knowledgable about the product & services & were there every step of the way. Even after I drove off w/my new lease, Jackie has made sure i know she is there no matter what I need. This is my forth car I am driving through Lia & I will continue to come back. I have never seen or heard of a dealership like Lia Honda. I would recommend them to anybody & everybody. I am so very grateful for Lia & thier people. More

She was the best and I feel very lucky and fortunate to have had her with me during this process. Jacquie was very personable, knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and helpful! My husband was with me to help me with my decision and he was also impressed with Jacquie. It was the last day of the month so needless to say they were very busy so when Jacquie couldn't meet with me right away when I was picking up the car, Bill Llamas, a sales consultant as well, greeted me and sat with me for some conversation. They really want you to feel welcomed and comfortable. This includes Dave Piechowiak in finance. Again, it was busy and it got late and he was still in a great mood and we enjoyed his company while finalizing my paoerwork. I truly feel as if I had the right people helping me. They are excellent at what they do and you can tell they strive to please you and I felt like I've known them forever. Some customers are apprehensive when visiting a dealership, I did not feel that way here. I leased a Civic Coupe and it is gorgeous. I am extremely satisfied with my choice. I would highly recommend this dealership and request Jacquie to work with! More

However, the finance associate (David) unfortunately seemed the negative "car dealer" stereotype: impatient; wrong contract info (finances were WRONG!); He even tried arguing with me (despite my SIGNED copy of the deal I had made 2 days prior). Hold your ground, folks! More
