Helpful & Sincere I walked into Lia Honda dealership at 12:30, with a coupon to talk to someone about a possible trade in. I didn't even know if I wanted to trade I walked into Lia Honda dealership at 12:30, with a coupon to talk to someone about a possible trade in. I didn't even know if I wanted to trade in my car. I was just looking into it because the coupon was for a really good trade-in value for my car. The salesman who helped me was William Litton. He was very friendly & listened to what I needed & why I might be open to trading in. Will just showed me what he had, told me all the differences between the models & was very patient. I ended up taking 3 different models for a test drive.I walked out at 2;30 with the keys to a car to drive around for the afternoon. Absolutely no pressure. Will could have tried to talk me into a new car or even a more expensive one, but he was very careful that I like the price as much as the car. I was back by 5;30 ready to do a trade. I loved the car & I'm sure I'll be happy with it for quite a while. I highly recommend doing business with these folks. More
